HR Administration Assistant – Consultancy. To £25,000

Due to continued client wins and growth this well-established HR consultancy is looking for a new member of staff for their City of London offices.

Some HR administration exposure would be beneficial but candidates with a strong team administration background, excellent communication skills and an interest in HR would be considered.

The main function of the role is to assist the HR Consultancy team to provide the range of consultancy services to clients within the designated timescales.

Duties will include:

To support the client on and off site to proactively manage their HR function on a day to day basis, by providing clear, concise and compliant advice on a range of HR topics together with the provision of relevant supporting documentation.

To assist the HR Consultancy team to proactively support clients to develop and deliver their HR solutions

To assist in developing and delivering L&D courses both internal and external.

To be responsible for ensuring any client databases are diligently documented with work undertaken and up-to-date information at all times.

To ensure that client files are accurately and efficiently maintained.

To undertake research in key areas as required, including into target clients as instructed by members of the HR Consultancy team.

To assist the HR Consultancy team to draft reports for clients as required.

To assist the HR Consultancy team to plan, deliver and organise seminars and training sessions, as required.

To proactively market all areas of the HR Consultancy service both to existing and new clients

To be actively involved in the marketing of the HR Consultancy service through various means which includes, but is not limited, to presentation to internal teams, networking, preparation of mail shots, case studies, development and delivery of seminars or presentations to audiences of differing sizes.

To work closely with other business areas to identify opportunities for collaboration.

To adopt a proactive approach to all aspects of the role in order to assist with the development and growth of good HR and L&D practices within the team and for clients.

To take responsibility for one’s own continuous development ensuring HR and L&D generalist and specialist knowledge is continuously improved upon.
