Trainee Insurance Support Technician to £28,000
This leading Lloyd’s underwriters has an excellent market reputation and due to growth and internal promotions they are now looking for a new member of staff for their reinsurance team. Whilst they are open to a recent school or university leaver some insurance exposure would be highly beneficial, combined with strong academics (a minimum of three B grades at A level or equivalent). This role will be based in their City of London office five days a week to enhance learning and collaboration opportunities.
Duties
Reinsurance system updating, maintenance and exception review/ resolving.
Importing and matching LORS in timely manner
Clearing underwriting messages in a timely manner
Maintaining filing for the team, as required
Chasing aged debt, as required
Credit Control
Assist team with Month end processes.
Assisting with Quota share processes and issuing accounts
Issuing premium adjustments
Assist with historic queries/ data cleansing
Adhoc tasks as required by the team
