Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable specialist is required by a Consulting Practice in Central London.

Working in the finance team you will be responsible for the full sales ledger process for entities based in the UK, Malta and Asia.

• Full sales ledger process; calculating and raising invoices & obtaining sign off where required
• Liaise with the client services departments to ensure client fees are billed
• Month end KPI and sales reporting
• Monthly reconciliation of accrued and deferred income.

• Other adhoc project work as requested and general support of the Finance team.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked as a Sales Ledger Clerk previously.

Key attributes include:
• Well organised with strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with people. The bulk of the activities require communication with internal staff but some liaison with external contacts will be required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally, you will have experience of working with SAGE 50 accounts and STAR PDM
• Able to working in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Comfortable with working in Excel
• General ledger system experience
