We are seeking an Client Support Analyst to join our global team and deliver a high-quality user support service for clients using our Client trading platform applications.

Within this extremely customer-focussed role, you will be responsible for supporting global users spanning a range of markets, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly, escalation processes are followed, and training requirements are met.

You will work with the sales, business analyst and development teams and will have plenty of exposure to numerous technologies and applications, the scope of which is continually increasing as we evolve. Whilst this is not a technical role, you will build a knowledge of our systems and their components.

Some experience of the shipping industry and / or application support would be an advantage, however it’s not essential. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and driven, can use their initiative, and has the ability to learn quickly and adapt (‘thinking on your feet’ is essential).

Responsibilities
• Provide high quality proactive user support for all applications
• Communicate progress of resolution/status in a timely manner
• Work closely with the business analyst and technical teams on application issues, product roadmap and new features
• Work closely with the sales team, assisting account setup and supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
• Raise application awareness – create promotional material, maintain documentation and conduct training sessions
• Build and enhance existing relationships within the IT organisation and client user base
