We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a Global Financial markets business.

You will have responsibility for the Management and execution of campaigns and ownership of the delivery of key corporate marketing initiatives.

Utilising a range of marketing skills you will take ownership of advertising, PR, social media, webinar management, internal communications, merchandise, website management and optimisation, video content production and print production.

The right candidate will have a creative mind to contribute and shape ideas in line with the strategic objectives of the business, but with a methodical nature to execute on plans and see through to final delivery.

A flair for copy would be advantageous.

Digital


• Drive forward the transformation of external client reports from static PDF format into a more dynamic and interactive, data driven digital format. This initiative will see the candidate take ownership of the software, template development, training, support and roll out across incubation teams, before a wider global role out.


• Takes ownership of the global social media channels, policies and strategy.


• A new website is planned for 2020. The candidate will play a crucial role in the development of content and acting as a liaison with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and act as brand guardian. (The project will be delivered by an external agency, and an internal project manager).


• Once live, the candidate will be responsible for day to day maintenance of the corporate website, creation of new content delivered against a content strategy, SEO, and reporting on performance.

Internal communications

Ownership of the internal newsletter. With support of the marketing executive, gathering stories from across the business, writing articles, development of the e-newsletter itself, proof reading, execution and measurement of performance and engagement.
• Project Management of the annual staff, printed magazine. With support from the magazine editor, work alongside the design team to oversee the end to end production of the magazine, including print and fulfilment to global staff and alumni.
• Implementation of processes around internal announcements, working closely with the CFO, company secretary and HR teams to ensure appropriate communication of key news to staff.

Content development
• Takes ownership of any requests for advertising, sponsorship or exhibition requirements.
• Works closely with our external PR agency fielding requests for commentary from media publications.
• Supports the content development of the Annual Report working closely with external production agency, internal Company secretary team, and CFO.
• Ownership of the content library, ensuring content, copy and materials remain up to date, on brand and readily available to global offices.
• Development of creative briefs for external agencies, whether the production of video, print, advertising or digital work, the candidate should take pride in developing comprehensive and thought-through creative briefs, joining up thinking and learnings from previous activity and implementing that into the next iteration.

Experience & Skills:
• Solid experience within a multi-channel mixed marketing role.
• Excellent people skills and comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and departments in the London office.
