Fintech/E-Money/Card Payment Compliance Specialist •
Facilities Manager to £50,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Previous Facilities Manager experience within a corporate environment is essential for this exciting opportunity with this leading financial services organisation.
The role will include delivery of facility management services, facilities team management including supporting two direct reports, with a dotted line of direct reports at an alternative location and Health & Safety responsibilities.
Duties will include
Corporate Hospitality Service Delivery - manage the relationship with external supplier, for internal and external hospitality services and events.
Service Contract Management – To include periodically meeting with suppliers to ensure expected services and standards are being met.
Budget Control – support the Head of FM, with the control of Premises budget.
Health & Safety Administration – development and maintenance of all staff training materials, documented policies and procedures and H&S records.
Third Party Contractor Management – management of all external contractors (within core working and out of hours), to ensure necessary permits and access control are raised. Ensuring there is minimum disruption to core activities and all H&S requirements are met.
Office Moves able to undertake inter and external office relocations and refurbishments.
Business Continuity – primary Facilities Management role within the offices Business Continuity Plan
