PA/Administrator – Investment Management. To £40,000

This friendly, well established and highly regarded financial services organisation has an excellent reputation and is considered a leader in their field.

They are now looking for an experience PA/Administrator to work with their Private Client Directors.

Duties:

To assist the Private Client Directors with the day-to day running of their clients affairs.

To prepare paperwork for new members and existing clients, liaising with the Compliance Team and other divisions as required.

To provide cover within the Private Client Directors Assistant team and ensure that all telephone calls are taken and dealt with, or messages taken when the Private Client Director is unavailable.

To attend individual and group meetings wherever possible.

To assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.

To assist with the release and payment of profits and of surplus funds.

To assist with the management and maintenance of funds.

To ensure that the requirements of the investments are understood and that assistance is provided to the Private Client Directors in this regard.

To report any likely breach of regulation or other compliance issues, money laundering regulation immediately to the Compliance / Money Laundering officer.
