HR Data Admin Temp - Will consider Grad 2021 leaver - 3 - 6 months contract

Role Summary
The HR team plays a pivotal role in the organisation. The person in this role will provide effective support to digitalise our remaining paper employee files and ensure complete accuracy in the contractual information held within the HR system to support critical management decisions and reporting. This role can be a blend between remote and office working.

What you will be doing
• Scanning paper contracts/amendment letters to online employee files.
• Data cleansing of contractual data from the HR system (SuccessFactors) cross-checking against contract/amendment letters (i.e. notice periods, restrictive covenants, job title etc).
• Working with the HRIS Analyst to correct any contractual data discrepancies in SuccessFactors.
• Uploading electronic contracts/amendment letters from online employee files to their SuccessFactors record.
• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
