HR Operations Analyst. 6 month Contract.

Responsible for supporting the HR division, including the HR data management, technology and recruiting functions as part of the HR Operations team. This includes managing the onboarding and offboarding for employees, reviewing transactions within Workday and providing first level support to all employee inquires.

• Manage end to end lifecycle processes including starters / leavers / changes for permanent and temporary workforce.
• Prepare contracts, new starter packs and creation of new electronic employee files ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard and filed accordingly.
• Assist with pre-employment background checks inc. collecting copies of documentation prior to start date.
• Manage new starter onboarding process prior to joining and organise welcome meetings on the first day with the new starters to run through documentation, housekeeping and right to work checks.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation to ensure all changes are accurately processed prior to monthly deadline.
• Manage probation period process, including communication with managers and issuing the relevant documentation.
• Manage the maternity/paternity/family friendly processes and documentation from end to end, updating the HR system where necessary and close liaison with payroll.
• Review employee job changes within Workday for any contractual changes. Including the preparation and issuance of any related documentation needed for the end to end employee lifecycle including salary letters, internal transfers, change in roles etc.
• Review, audits and ensures integrity and compliance of the transactional data within Workday.
• Assist in the preparation of all leaver documentation, including the preparation of redundancy calculations, settlement agreements and other relevant documentation.
• Perform first level proves and technical support for all HR systems and escalate issues appropriately.
• Review and address all HR Jira tickets, created by employee queries, providing first level support for all HR functions, escalating queries where necessary. Ensure SLAs are met with the highest level of customer service.
• Manage the references mailbox and prepare/issue employment references including; mortgage and tenancy, employment confirmation and leavers.
• Manage relevant HR PO and invoicing responsibilities in close contact with Purchasing and Accounts teams.
• Assist with the production of reports and org charts where necessary. Liaising with the organization to define requirements, making recommendations where necessary.
• Perform Workday testing for system fixes/enhancements. Responsible for validating expected outcomes and executing regression testing. Providing recommendation to move these into the production environment upon successful completion.
• Assist with the administration of inbound/outbound relocations of employees.
• Assist with the preparation of work visas where appropriate.
• General administrative housekeeping duties, in addition to scanning, printing, filing and archiving where needed.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and practices within the team and assist in the implementation of these initiatives.
• To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous HR experience and end to end knowledge of the employee lifecycle
• Solid administration and organisational skills
• Experience of working within a busy and fast paced HR environment
• Strong PC skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Use of Workday and Jira desirable
